- The creative leader is a person who navigates through unpredictability and the unknown by using their well developed critical human capacities which serve as an antenna on the path. Capacities such as extraordinary listening, intuition, story-telling, play, drawing to name a few.
- The are adept at changing perceptions about what can be accomplished thereby “contributing to humanity in the richest possible way.”
